CVS Health is seeking an FP&A Manager for the Pharmacy Services Trade Finance team in Philadelphia. You will guide financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and rebate analytics, partnering with Finance, Data Engineering, BI, and Technology to drive enterprise performance.

You will lead data transformation initiatives in a cloud environment, automate pipelines, and promote data governance and continuous improvement while managing a small team of analysts.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in FP&A, financial analytics, BI, or related field.
• 3+ years SQL/Python and data analysis with large datasets.
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting, accruals and variance analysis.

Aufgaben

• Lead forecasts, budgets, accruals and variance analysis for rebates.
• Design and maintain scalable data solutions in Google Cloud Platform.
• Develop automated data pipelines and data quality controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data governance.
• Build reporting and visualization using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
