Job summary

CVS Health in Pennsylvania seeks an FP&A Manager for the Pharmacy Services Trade Finance team to lead forecasting, budgeting, accruals, and rebate analytics. This role partners with Finance, Data Engineering, BI, and Technology to deliver actionable insights and drive enterprise performance.

The position also directs data transformation in Google Cloud, automated pipelines, and governance to improve reporting and decision support. Management of a small analyst team is included.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analytics, BI, or related field.
• ~3 years of strong SQL/Python and data analysis skills.
• Experience with Excel for financial modeling and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team’s preparation of accurate and timely financial forecasts, budgets, accruals, and variance analysis related to rebate programs.
• Partner with Data Engineering and Technology to design, implement, and maintain scalable financial data solutions in Google Cloud Platform.
• Develop and maintain automated data pipelines, data validation routines, and reconciliation processes to improve financial data quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, business rules, and governance standards for rebate forecasting and reporting.
• Utilize SQL, Python, and cloud-native technologies to transform, validate, and analyze large datasets supporting financial planning activities.
• Support development of enterprise reporting and visualization solutions (Power BI, BigQuery, Dataiku).
• Experience in healthcare, PBM, pharmaceutical, rebate analytics.
