WP Engine, a growing tech company, is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and G&A partnering. The role focuses on Workday Adaptive Insights administration, data integrity, and collaboration with HR, Legal, Finance, and Facilities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Power user of Workday Adaptive Insights.
• GAAP financial statements and FP&A processes knowledge.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets with financial modeling.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Remote-first work with self-motivation and deadlines.
• Experience in SaaS and understanding of SaaS metrics.

Responsibilities

• Administer Adaptive Insights and manage users.
• Integrate data from source systems (Workday Financials, NetSuite, BigQuery).
• Ensure data integrity and alignment across systems.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly close reports with P&L commentary.
• Develop recurring reporting packages and board deliverables.
• Support annual budgeting and long-range planning.
• Forecasting and scenario modeling for growth initiatives.
