Job summary

We embed engineers as Forward Deployed Engineers and Executives, owning outcomes and rebuilding functions from first principles in real client environments.
You will work hands-on in senior roles, shipping production-grade GenAI/LLM systems.
Qualifications
- 8+ years building software; hands-on today and intend to stay that way.
- Willing to spend weeks doing someone else’s job before writing code; engineers who stay in IDE should not apply.
- Learn domains fast and become conversant in unfamiliar business functions quickly.
- Shipped GenAI/LLM systems to production, not just demos.
- Build or own an eval suite for non-deterministic systems and explain measurements.
Responsibilities
- Engage in front-line delivery; ship production-grade software.
- Take the operator’s seat to understand real-work before coding.
- Learn and relate to domain-specific processes quickly.
- Deliver against GenAI/LLM deployments in production environments.
- Demonstrate strong engineering fundamentals when entering new codebases.
