Job summary

Provectus is seeking an experienced engineer-leader to guide embedded, outcomes-focused engagements for enterprise clients. You will stay hands-on while owning the delivery method, working directly with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

You will drive production-grade GenAI/LLM solutions, learn new business domains rapidly, and shape architecture and implementation across cloud-native environments. This role offers remote-friendly, international collaboration with a senior team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building software systems, with hands-on production code
• Strong experience delivering GenAI/LLM-based solutions to production
• Ability to learn new domains quickly and converse with senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead embedded engineering engagements with clients; own the method and outcome
• Shipped GenAI/LLM systems to production; evaluate performance and improve
• Collaborate with CTOs and BU heads on redesigns and scoping conversations
