Provectus, a Premier AWS partner and Anthropic strategic partner, seeks Forward Deployed AI Engineers to embed with clients and ship production AI systems.

You will learn operators'' workflows by spending weeks doing real jobs before coding, and you will build and deliver AI blueprints across financial services, insurance, and healthcare industries.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building software with a substantial share of production code you were accountable for.
• Willing to spend weeks doing someone else’s job before you write a line of code.
• Shipped GenAI/LLM systems to production, not just demos or notebooks.
• Strong cloud-native delivery on AWS; containers, Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD; operational reality.

Responsibilities

• Spend weeks in the operator’s seat to learn the constraints from the inside.
• Lead the delivery of GenAI/LLM production systems for clients, not just demos.
• Engage with BU heads and CTOs to redesign processes and systems.
• Own the method; deliver measurable outcomes, not tickets.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and client teams in embedded roles.
