Job summary

Provectus is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to embed with clients, learn their operations, and rebuild functions from first principles. You will own the method and ship production AI systems, while remaining the senior technical voice in the room.

Expect to work directly with operators on claims processing, underwriting, and revenue-cycle tasks, learning constraints from the inside and delivering impactful outcomes that move business metrics.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building software; hands-on today and intend to stay that way.
• You will take the operator’s seat and learn the domain by doing the work first.
• You learn domains fast and can converse with BU heads and CTOs.
• Shipped GenAI/LLM systems to production, not demos.

Responsibilities

• Embed in the customer’s team and own the end-to-end delivery. Build production systems that actually move metrics.
• Lead redesign conversations with senior stakeholders and translate constraints into implementable solutions.
• Own the evaluation of AI/ML components and explain what was measured and why.
