Job summary

Cox Fleet is seeking a Sr Fleet Services Coordinator to support the growth of its on-site fleet maintenance operations. The role emphasizes coordinating maintenance transactions from origination through repair, maintaining accurate records, and delivering excellent customer service.

The position requires strong communication, organizational, and Excel/data-entry skills, plus experience with Cox Fleet IT systems. Collaboration with Field Operations is essential to optimize technician scheduling.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED; 3–5 years in a related field, or equivalent mix of education and experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication; capable of professional cross-level interaction.
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build trusted relationships.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong Excel and data entry skills; ability to learn Cox Fleet IT systems (Web Wrench, MobileFrame, RO Writer).
Knowledge of trucking industry and fleet maintenance a plus.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Strong problem-solving and follow-through.

Responsibilities

Manage the follow-up maintenance transactions lifecycle from origination to repair completion.
Document accurately in Cox Fleet systems for each customer contact.
Provide excellent customer service for internal and external calls.
Obtain customer approval for repairs and services.
Schedule preventive maintenance to drive repeat business.
Coordinate with Field Operations to assign technicians.
Encourage scheduling to maintain a steady workflow.
Support dispatching and service scheduling improvements.
Handle additional duties and special projects as assigned.
