Cox Fleet, headquartered in Indianapolis, is hiring a Sr Fleet Services Coordinator to support growth. You will manage the maintenance lifecycle, document customer contacts, and ensure approvals for repairs while coordinating with field operations to place the right technicians with accounts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 5 years’ related experience, or alternative combinations with 3–7 years in related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact at all levels.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build trusted relationships.
• Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking ability.
• Proficiency with Excel and learning Cox Fleet IT systems.
• General knowledge of the trucking industry and fleet maintenance experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance transactions lifecycle from origination to repair completion.
• Document and note customer interactions accurately in Cox Fleet systems.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Obtain customer approvals for repairs and services.
• Proactively schedule preventative maintenance to drive repeat business.
• Coordinate with Field Operations to schedule technicians for accounts.
• Encourage advance scheduling to maintain a steady workflow for technicians.
• Support dispatching and service scheduling improvements.
• Handle additional duties and special projects as assigned.
