You will coordinate maintenance scheduling, manage communications with customers and field technicians, and ensure accurate documentation across Cox Fleet systems.

Ideal candidates possess strong organizational skills, Excel proficiency, and a proven ability to build positive relationships across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED with 3 years in related field, or alternative combos including up to 1 year experience with higher degree/certification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to interact at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage the follow-up maintenance transactions lifecycle from origination to repair completion.
• Document interactions in Cox Fleet systems accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service for internal and external calls.
