Job summary

Cox Fleet seeks a Fleet Services Coordinator II to support growth with a focus on dispatching and scheduling for on-site maintenance and repair services across a nationwide footprint. This role involves coordinating with field technicians, obtaining customer approvals, and driving a steady pipeline of work.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, Excel, data entry skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Strong Excel and data entry skills.
• Experience with Cox Fleet IT Systems or similar platforms is a plus.
• Knowledge of trucking or fleet maintenance is helpful.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Manage the follow-up maintenance transactions lifecycle from origination to custody of the repair technician.
• Document and note activity accurately in Cox Fleet systems.
• Provide excellent customer service for internal and external calls.
• Obtain customer approval for repairs and services.
• Proactively schedule preventative maintenance to drive repeat business.
• Coordinate with Field Operations to schedule technicians for accounts.
• Encourage customers to schedule repairs in advance to create a steady workflow.
• Develop and improve dispatching and service scheduling capabilities.
• Handle additional duties and special projects as assigned.
