Job summary

Cox Fleet is seeking a Sr Fleet Services Coordinator to support our nationwide on-site fleet maintenance operations. You will manage maintenance transactions, document customer interactions, and drive proactive scheduling to ensure timely repairs and repeat business.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with Cox Fleet IT systems to coordinate with field technicians and internal teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with related field experience or equivalent.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; multi-tasking.
• Experience with dispatching and service scheduling.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage follow-up maintenance transactions from origination to repair completion.
• Document customer contacts accurately in Cox Fleet systems.
• Provide excellent customer service for internal and external calls.
• Obtain customer approvals for repairs and services.
• Schedule preventative maintenance to drive repeat business.
• Coordinate with Field Operations to assign technicians.
• Encourage proactive scheduling to maintain a steady workflow.
• Support dispatching and service scheduling improvements.
• Handle additional duties and special projects as assigned.
