Job summary

Cox Fleet is hiring a Lead Fleet Services Coordinator to support growth and ensure smooth maintenance scheduling for our customers. You will oversee the lifecycle of maintenance transactions and coordinate with field teams to assign the right technicians.

The role requires strong communication, Excel, and data-entry skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced fleet environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED with related discipline and several years' experience preferred.
• Proven ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
• Strong Excel and data entry skills; able to learn Cox Fleet IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage follow-up maintenance transactions from origination to custody of the repair technician.
• Coordinate with Field Operations to schedule technicians for accounts.
• Obtain customer approvals for repairs and services.
• Proactively schedule preventive maintenance to drive repeat business.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in Cox Fleet systems.
