Job summary

Cox Fleet is seeking a Fleet Services Coordinator II to support growth and ensure smooth maintenance workflows. You will manage the follow-up transactions lifecycle from origination to custody of the repair technician and maintain accurate notes in Cox Fleet systems.

The role requires a HS diploma/GED with 3 years in a related field, plus strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams. Proficiency with Excel and fleet IT systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a related field; diverse combinations with higher-level education may be considered.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work with varied teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage follow-up maintenance transactions from origination to repair completion.
• Document customer interactions accurately in Cox Fleet systems.
• Provide excellent customer service for internal and external customers.
• Schedule preventative maintenance and coordinate with field operations for technicians.
• Encourage proactive scheduling to ensure a steady workflow for technicians.
• Support dispatch and planning activities; handle special projects as assigned.
