Job summary

Cox Fleet is hiring a Fleet Services Coordinator II to oversee the lifecycle of maintenance transactions from origination to technician handoff. You will document interactions, deliver excellent customer service, obtain approvals, and schedule preventive maintenance to drive repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Manage the follow-up maintenance transactions lifecycle from origination to custody by the repair technician.
• Document and note customer interactions accurately in Cox Fleet systems.
• Provide excellent customer service for internal and external calls; build rapport with customers.
• Obtain customer approvals for repairs and services and schedule preventative maintenance to drive repeat business.
• Coordinate with Field Operations to schedule the right technicians and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Encourage proactive scheduling to create a steady work pipeline for technicians; contribute to dispatching/service scheduling improvements.
• Handle additional duties and special projects as assigned.
