Cox Fleet in Nashville, TN is seeking a Lead Fleet Services Coordinator to manage the follow-up maintenance lifecycle and coordinate with field operations to schedule technicians for accounts. Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with 5–9 years related field experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven track record to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to balance multiple tasks.
• Strong Excel and data entry skills; learn Cox Fleet IT Systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage follow-up maintenance transactions lifecycle from origination to custody of the repair technician.
• May oversee assigned projects with limited supervision.
• Provide excellent customer service for internal and external calls.
• Obtain customer approval for repairs and services.
• Proactively schedule preventative maintenance to drive repeat business.
• Coordinate with Field Operations to assign technicians to accounts.
