Cox Fleet is hiring a Fleet Services Coordinator II to support growth and operations across our nationwide service network. The role emphasizes coordinating maintenance activities, communicating with customers, and ensuring smooth scheduling of technicians and services.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED; 3 years in related field or alternative combinations with up to 1 year experience, or 5 years in related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building with internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage follow-up maintenance transactions from origination to custody transfer to repair technician.
• Document accurately in Cox Fleet systems for every customer interaction.
• Provide excellent customer service for internal and external calls.
