Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ related field experience.
• Alternative combinations include higher-degree/certification with less experience or 5 years’ related field experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to communicate at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage follow-up maintenance transactions from origination to repair technician handoff.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in Cox Fleet systems.
• Provide excellent customer service for internal and external calls.
• Be professional and establish positive customer rapport.
• Obtain customer approval for repairs and services to be performed.
• Proactively contact customers to schedule preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate with Field Operations to dispatch technicians to accounts.
• Encourage customers to schedule repairs in advance to maintain workflow.
• Continuously improve dispatching and service scheduling processes.
• Handle additional duties and special projects as assigned.
