Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Richmond, VA, is seeking an experienced operations leader to advise clients on facilities and compliance programs, owning the process from idea to execution. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure quality, speed, and outcomes— including full oversight of Fire Life Safety vendor management and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes building trusted advisor relationships, program governance, and performance reporting to clients and JLL leadership;

Qualifications

• Minimum BA/BS in a science, technical, or related discipline.
• Preferred MS in Real Estate, Project Management, Engineering, Construction Science, Environmental Health & Safety, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in facilities management, compliance, or program management.
• Preferred 8+ years with direct experience managing Fire Life Safety programs and/or vendor oversight.
• Preferred CFPS (Certified Fire Protection Specialist), CFM (Certified Facility Manager), or equivalent compliance/FLS certification.
• This position does not provide visa sponsorship and requires authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Background check will be conducted for convictions directly related to duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationship and interface for assigned business segment and initiatives.
• Establish a Trusted Advisor relationship as SME in compliance, programs, and fire life safety.
• Coordinate work and approvals between internal and external groups.
• Lead programs to create value and ensure deliveries meet or exceed expectations.
• Drive adherence to processes while meeting dynamic business needs.
• Provide leadership for design, development, and implementation of programs.
• Manage approval processes for projects and escalation of risks.
• Collaborate with account-wide team and share lessons learned.
