Job summary

JLL is seeking a senior operations leader in the United States to drive strategic engineering and facilities programs across multi-building portfolios. You will guide engineering staff, support building operations, and ensure compliant maintenance practices to deliver reliable, safe environments.

You will lead service center, security, data management, and EHS teams while shaping strategic plans and advancing energy management initiatives.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in business administration, engineering, engineering technology, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of direct supervision of multi-building operations.
Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression systems in commercial/critical facilities.
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and collaborative management style.

Responsibilities

Lead and support engineering staff to build a high-performing team.
Oversee building operations through integrated facilities management.
Develop and maintain a strategic plan for the engineering team.
Manage the service center, security, data management, and EHS teams.
Identify and mitigate risks to client facilities.
Implement and manage computerized maintenance management systems.
Administer the JLL Engineering Services Compliance Program.
Develop and implement training programs based on skills assessments and safety requirements.
Oversee energy management program development and deployment.
