Qualifications

• 2+ years of facility or plant engineering maintenance experience.
• At least 1 year maintaining fire life safety systems.
• Knowledge of electrical, HVAC and mechanical systems in commercial facilities.
• Familiarity with fire and life safety codes and standards.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot fire alarm system infrastructure.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and fire life safety testing.
• Escort vendors during maintenance with minimal disruption.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance 6–12 months in advance.
• Support fire alarm troubleshooting and repairs.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, MOPs, EOPs related to fire systems.
• Maintain inventory for parts and tools.
• Ensure safety and professional appearance.
