Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Ashburn, VA, is seeking a Compliance, Program Manager to oversee compliance programs at a critical R&D site. You will lead a team of three, develop site-specific policies, and partner with leadership to ensure safety and regulatory adherence across environmental, health, and safety standards.

You will translate complex regulations into practical guidance, conduct risk assessments, and drive corrective actions in collaboration with the client and site

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Facilities Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive compliance experience with at least 1+ years in a managerial role overseeing operations at complex sites.
• Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks relevant to R&D facilities, including OSHA and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of three direct reports, fostering their growth and operational excellence.
• Develop, implement, and maintain site-specific compliance policies, procedures, and training programs for R&D facilities.
• Conduct risk assessments of facilities operations and implement corrective action plans.
• Serve as the primary compliance liaison between JLL operations and the client for R&D environments.
• Oversee compliance monitoring and analyze data to identify trends and process improvements.
• Manage relationships with regulatory bodies and safety inspectors to stay ahead of changes.
