Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the operation, maintenance and optimization of building systems, ensuring safety, efficiency and sustainability. You will lead cross-functional teams, mentor technicians and coordinate services to deliver integrated facilities solutions.

In this role you will manage budgets, drive cost savings, and partner with clients to understand their needs while maintaining high standards of service and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in facilities management or property operations.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety.
• Experience managing budgets and vendor contracts.
• Excellent client-facing communication and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and building automation.
• Develop and manage operating budgets and cost control.
• Lead engineers, technicians, and service providers.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety.
