Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Senior Compliance Analyst to join the Compliance Team within the accounts Center of Excellence. You will deliver hands-on performance management reporting, HSSE reporting, and auditing to ensure adherence to JLL and client requirements.

You will develop governance structures, dashboards, and KPIs, partner with sites and client teams, and drive improvements in data integrity, regulatory compliance, and reporting accuracy across facilities operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business.
• 3+ years of HSSE experience.
• 3+ years in auditing and reporting.
• 3+ years in performance management.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical reporting and support on HSSE regulatory compliance issues.
• Manage trend analysis to adjust management systems as necessary.
• Provide key performance and risk indicators to JLL and client teams.
• Lead or support reporting requirements as provided by client contract.
• Perform complex audits for account compliance and risk management.
• Ensure facilities operations meet regulatory requirements and maintain compliance documentation.
• Develop governance structures, playbooks, and templates.
• Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and metrics.
• Maintain centralized tracking systems and dashboards.
• Drive continuous improvement and process efficiency.
• Enforce client purchasing policies and audit trails.
