Ericsson is seeking a Senior Presales Solution Architect in the United States to lead technical presales for fintech platforms. You will design scalable architectures across mobile money, digital wallets, and payments, while communicating business value to executives.

This role requires deep fintech experience, strong API and cloud skills, and the ability to travel. You will mentor colleagues, develop reusable architectures, and collaborate with sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure

Qualifications

• 10+ years in solution architecture, software engineering, or other deeply technical roles within fintech or financial services technology in the US.
• Proven track record leading architecture-driven engagements in fintech or payments, end-to-end ownership.
• Strong hands-on understanding of fintech platforms: mobile money, digital payments, wallet infra, API design, microservices, cloud-based architectures.
• Fluency in payments fundamentals: processing, security, data integration, scalability, resilience.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical presales process from discovery to solution design and executive presentations.
• Act as the lead technical authority in engagements, aligning Ericsson MF Services capabilities with customer needs.
• Architect tailored, scalable solutions across mobile money, digital wallets, payment processing, APIs, and inclusion use cases.
• Design integration architectures addressing security, compliance, scalability, and interoperability in US financial services.
• Build compelling narratives linking deep technical capability to measurable business value for engineers and executives.
• Produce high-quality proposals, blueprints, and RFP/RFI responses distinguishing us on technical merit and business value.
• Coordinate handovers to delivery with sales, product, and implementation teams.
• Track US fintech trends and regulatory shifts to inform solution strategy.
• Create reusable assets like reference architectures and demo environments and mentor peers.
