Job summary

Ericsson Mobile Financial Services seeks a Senior Presales Solution Architect in the United States. You will be the technical backbone for strategic fintech engagements, designing end-to-end architectures for mobile money, digital wallets, and payment platforms, and translating depth into winning solutions.

You will build narrative-driven, secure, scalable architectures, collaborate with sales and delivery teams, and stay ahead of US fintech trends to shape our solution strategy.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in solution architecture or deeply technical fintech roles.
• Proven track record leading complex fintech engagements end-to-end.
• Hands-on fintech platform expertise: mobile money, digital wallets, APIs.
• Fluent in payments fundamentals: processing, security, data integration.
• Ability to articulate technical value to executives and engineers.
• Strong solution design, writing, and RFP response skills.
• Collaborative mindset with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Able to work independently in a US-based role with travel.
• Existing US fintech network is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical presales: discovery to executive presentations.
• Lead technical authority in customer engagements for fintech solutions.
• Architect tailored, scalable solutions across mobile money, wallets, and payments.
• Design integrations addressing security, compliance, scalability, interoperability.
• Craft solution narratives linking technical capability to business value.
• Produce technical proposals, blueprints, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Coordinate handovers to delivery with sales, product, and implementation teams.
• Track US fintech trends and contribute to solution strategy.
• Develop reusable assets: reference architectures, demos, patterns.
• Mentor colleagues to grow presales architecture depth.
