MVB Bank, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Fintech Pricing Strategy & Economics to lead profitability strategy and pricing for the Fintech division.

This remote-friendly role partners with finance leadership and supports pricing terms, profitability analysis, and contract economics across fintech clients. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in banking/fintech, strong Excel modeling, and excellent communication and leadership skills to drive strategic pricing decisions and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of banking and fintech experience.
• Strong Excel modeling and financial analysis skills.
• Familiarity with banking economics, pricing methods, and net interest margins.
• Experience forecasting and analyzing unit economics and partner performance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own Fintech profitability strategy, including pricing methodology, thresholds, and return requirements.
• Develop and maintain financial models and projections for client profitability.
• Prepare pricing recommendations across fee structures, deposit pricing, and contracts.
• Lead Finance review during client evaluation and present to Fintech Oversight Committee.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to refine Fintech strategy and coordinate pricing discussions.
• Provide monthly and quarterly updates on profitability, data accuracy, and performance metrics.
