Job summary

MVB Bank, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager for Fintech Pricing Strategy & Economics to lead profitability strategy, pricing methodology, and financial analyses for Fintech client engagements.

You will partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, shaping pricing structures and contract terms while ensuring alignment with overall strategic objectives. Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a related business discipline.
• Demonstrated ability to construct complex and advanced Excel models (samples of work will be considered).
• Working knowledge of banking economics, including deposit pricing, earnings credit, and the drivers of net interest margin.
• Familiarity with Banking as a Service (BaaS) and payments business models.
• Familiarity with sponsor bank economics.
• Demonstrated experience in forecasting and in the analysis of unit economics and partner level performance data.
• Strong analytical, investigative, documentation, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong ownership of, and accountability for, work product.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute profitability strategy for the Fintech division.
• Build and maintain financial models and projections for client profitability and pricing.
• Prepare pricing recommendations across fee structures, deposits, earnings credit, and contract terms.
• Lead and present recommendations to relevant committees.
• Collaborate with senior leaders on fintech strategy and pricing requirements.
• Ensure data required for unit economics and partner performance is accurate and timely.
