Job summary

Ericsson Mobile Financial Services is seeking a technically exceptional Senior Presales Solution Architect to join our growing team in the United States. This role expects deep architectural expertise across mobile money, digital wallets, and payments, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling business value for executives.

You will partner with customers, lead design and demonstrations, and help shape our solution strategy in a fast-moving fintech landscape.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in solution architecture, software engineering, or other deeply technical roles within fintech or financial services technology in the US.
• A proven track record of technically leading complex, architecture-driven engagements in fintech or payments.
• Strong hands-on understanding of fintech platforms, including mobile money, digital payments, wallet infrastructure, API design and management, microservices, and cloud-based financial services architectures.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical presales process from discovery to proposals.
• Act as the lead technical authority in customer engagements.
• Architect tailored, scalable solutions across mobile money, wallets, payments, and APIs.
• Design integration architectures addressing security, compliance, scalability, interoperability.
• Build solution narratives connecting technical capability to business value.
• Produce technical proposals, blueprints, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Drive handovers to delivery with cross-team collaboration.
• Stay ahead of US fintech trends and regulatory shifts.
• Build reusable technical assets like reference architectures and demos.
• Mentor colleagues and uplift presales architecture depth.
