Qualifications

• 10+ years in solution architecture or deeply technical fintech roles.
• Led architecture-driven engagements end-to-end in fintech/payments.
• Hands-on understanding of mobile money, digital wallets and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical presales process from discovery to executive presentations.
• Act as the lead technical authority in customer engagements and proposals.
• Architect scalable solutions across mobile money, wallets, and payments.
• Design integration patterns addressing security, scalability, and compliance.
• Create compelling solution narratives linking technical capability to business value.
• Produce technical proposals, blueprints, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Handover to delivery with cross-functional collaboration.
• Track US fintech trends and feed insights into strategy.
• Build reusable assets and mentor the team.
