Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a Senior Presales Solution Architect in the United States for a remote, full-time role. You will own the technical presales lifecycle—from discovery to live demos and executive briefings—across mobile money, digital wallets, and payments, guiding customers with security, scalability, and interoperability in US fintech environments.

You will design end-to-end architectures, craft compelling narratives, respond to proposals, and collaborate with delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in solution architecture, software engineering, or other deeply technical roles in US fintech or financial services.
• Proven track record leading architecture-driven fintech engagements with end-to-end decision ownership.
• Hands-on fintech platforms knowledge: mobile money, digital wallets, API ecosystems, microservices, cloud-based architectures.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical presales process from discovery to executive presentation.
• Lead technical authority in customer engagements and position Ericsson MFS as the right architectural fit.
• Architect scalable solutions across mobile money, digital wallets, payments, and APIs.
• Design integration architectures addressing security, compliance, scalability, interoperability for US financial services.
• Create compelling solution narratives linking technical depth to business value.
• Produce technical proposals, blueprints, and RFP/RFI responses that differentiate us.
• Coordinate handovers to delivery with sales, product, and implementation teams.
• Track US fintech trends and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
• Build reusable technical assets and mentor colleagues to lift presales depth.
