You will lead architecture-driven engagements across mobile money, digital wallets, and payments, collaborating with engineering, product, and executives to drive measurable business value. This is a US-based, full-time role requiring travel.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in solution architecture, software engineering, or other deeply technical roles in fintech/financial services in the US.
• Proven track record leading architecture-driven fintech engagements end-to-end.
• Hands-on fintech platform experience: mobile money, digital wallets, APIs, microservices, cloud architectures.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical presales process from discovery to executive presentations.
• Act as the lead technical authority in customer engagements for fintech environments.
• Architect tailored, scalable solutions spanning mobile money, wallets, payments, APIs and KYC/financial inclusion use cases.
• Design integration and systems architectures addressing security, compliance, scalability, interoperability in US financial services.
• Build compelling solution narratives linking technical capability to business value for engineers and executives.
• Produce technical proposals, blueprints, and RFP/RFI responses differentiating on merit and commercial value.
• Drive clean handovers to delivery with cross-functional collaboration across sales, product, and implementation teams.
• Stay ahead of US fintech trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive landscape; feed insights back into strategy.
• Create reusable technical assets: reference architectures, demos, integration patterns, best-practice docs.
• Mentor and uplift colleagues to grow solution-architecture depth across presales and partner engagements.
