Job summary

Ericsson Mobile Financial Services is seeking a Senior Presales Solution Architect for a US-based, remote role. You will lead the technical presales lifecycle across mobile money, digital wallets, and payment platforms, collaborating with customers to design solutions and win business.

You will translate deep architecture knowledge into client-ready propositions, coordinate with engineering and delivery teams, and stay ahead of US fintech trends. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in solution architecture, software engineering, or equivalent technical roles in fintech/financial services in the US.
• Proven track record leading complex architecture-driven engagements in fintech/payments.
• Hands-on fintech platform knowledge: mobile money, digital payments, wallet infra, APIs, microservices, cloud architectures.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical presales: discovery, requirements, design, demos, proposals, executive presentations.
• Act as lead technical authority in customer engagements, aligning Ericsson capabilities with client needs.
• Design scalable, integration-ready architectures for mobile money, digital wallets, and payment ecosystems.
• Address security, compliance, scalability, and interoperability in US financial services.
• Create compelling narratives linking technical capability to business value for executives and engineering teams.
• Produce high-quality proposals, blueprints, and RFP/RFI responses differentiating us on merit and value.
• Coordinate handovers to delivery with sales, product, and implementation teams.
