Job summary

Ericsson Mobile Financial Services is seeking a Senior Presales Solution Architect to join our US team. You will own the technical presales lifecycle, design scalable fintech solutions, and work with customers to translate architecture into business value.

In this remote US-based role, you will partner with sales, product, and delivery teams, travel as needed, and influence solution strategy across mobile money, wallets, and payments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in solution architecture, software engineering, or other deeply technical roles within fintech in the US.
• Proven track record of leading complex, architecture-driven engagements in fintech/payments.
• Strong hands-on understanding of fintech platforms: mobile money, digital wallets, API design, microservices, cloud architectures.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical presales process from discovery to live demos and executive presentations.
• Act as lead technical authority, aligning Ericsson Mobile Financial Services capabilities with client needs.
• Architect tailored, scalable solutions across mobile money, wallets, payments, and API ecosystems.
• Design architectures addressing security, compliance, scalability, and interoperability in US financial services.
• Create compelling solution narratives linking deep tech capabilities to business value for engineers and executives.
• Produce high-quality proposals, blueprints, and RFP/RFI responses that differentiate us on technical merit and value.
• Facilitate clean handovers to delivery with cross-functional teams to ensure buildable solutions.
• Stay ahead of US fintech trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
• Build reusable assets like reference architectures and demo environments for the team.
• Mentor colleagues to grow presales architecture depth and support partner engagements.
