Job summary

Ericsson Mobile Financial Services seeks a Senior Presales Solution Architect to join our US team. You will lead the technical presales, design tailored fintech solutions, and articulate architectures across mobile money, digital wallets, and payment platforms.

This role requires deep fintech knowledge, architecture depth, and the credibility to engage engineering leaders and executives. You will build reusable assets, mentor colleagues, and stay ahead of US fintech trends while traveling as

Qualifications

• 10+ years in solution architecture or deeply technical fintech roles in the US.
• Led complex architecture driven engagements in fintech or payments.
• Hands-on understanding of fintech platforms: mobile money, digital payments, wallets, APIs, microservices, cloud.
• Knowledge of payments fundamentals: security, data integration, scalability, resilience.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical presales process from discovery to executive presentations.
• Act as lead technical authority in customer engagements for fintech architectures.
• Design scalable solutions across mobile money, wallets, payments ecosystems, and APIs.
• Address security, compliance, and interoperability in US financial services.
• Create solution narratives linking technical capability to business value for executives.
• Produce proposals, blueprints, and RFP/RFI responses that differentiate us.
• Ensure smooth handovers to delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Track US fintech trends and feed insights into solution strategy.
• Build reusable technical assets and uplift team capabilities.
• Mentor colleagues and support partner-led engagements.
