BDO USA, LLP's Transaction Experienced Advisory Services team seeks a Senior Associate to manage financial, accounting and operational due diligence engagements for strategic and financial buyers across the USA. You’ll work with industry leaders and partners to deliver actionable insights with real impact.

The role emphasizes client interaction, data analysis and strong communication skills within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while supporting career growth and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business or finance required; MBA preferred.
• Four or more years in public accounting; TAS experience preferred.
• Experience interacting with C-level personnel preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepares data book, reconciles company financial statements and generates analyses for due diligence reports.
• Analyzes financial forecasts, historical earnings, assets and liabilities of target client.
• Conducts industry and company research and gathers information from all sources.
• Interviews C-level personnel or target client to support financial analysis.
• Develops proposals and may participate in presentations for new client opportunities.
