Job summary

BDO USA is seeking an Experienced Manager in Transaction Advisory Services to join a fast-growing practice focused on middle-market deals. You will manage financial, accounting and operational due diligence engagements for strategic and financial buyers across the United States.

The role requires strong accounting and analytical skills, experience with C-level interactions, and the ability to lead teams and contribute to business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance is required.
• MBA is preferred.
• Six (6) or more years of public accounting experience or four (4)+ years in TAS M&A at a mid/large firm is required.

Responsibilities

• Plans and oversees the due diligence process and applies BDO standards.
• Analyzes financial forecasts, historical earnings, assets and liabilities.
• Performs industry and company research and gathers information.
• Conducts interviews with C-level personnel to support financial analysis.
• Identifies risks and issues related to integration planning and timelines.
• Prepares financial analysis reports for presentations to clients.
