Job summary

BDO USA, LLP seeks an Experienced Manager for Transaction Advisory Services to manage financial, accounting and operational due diligence engagements across the United States. The role emphasizes leadership, client interaction, and development opportunities within a premier middle-market deals team.

The candidate will oversee the due diligence process, analyze forecasts, conduct research, and coordinate with senior leadership to deliver high-quality services and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Six or more years in public accounting, or four or more years TAS M&A experience at a mid/large firm.
• Experience interacting with C-level personnel preferred.
• CPA, CPA candidate, or CA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee the due diligence process and apply BDO standards to ensure quality delivery.
• Analyze financial forecasts, historical earnings, assets and liabilities of target client.
• Perform industry and company research and collect information related to target's business.
• Conduct on-site and/or phone interviews with C-level personnel to support financial analysis.
• Identify and propose resolutions to critical issues in the M&A process.
• Compose financial analysis reports for client presentations and decision making.
• Manage the relationship and information flow between BDO and the target client.
• Pursue business development opportunities via industry networks and proposals.
