Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance is required.
• Five or more years of public accounting experience or three or more years in TAS M&A at a mid/large firm is required.
• Experience interacting with C-level personnel is preferred.
• CPA, CPA candidate, or CA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans and oversees the due diligence process.
• Analyzes financial and operating results for transactions.
• Researches accounting issues to assist client decisions.
• Conducts interviews with C-level personnel at target companies.
• Identifies resolutions to issues related to M&A process.
• Composes financial due diligence reports and manages information flow.
