BDO USA, LLP is seeking a Transaction Advisory Services Manager to lead and oversee financial, accounting and operational due diligence engagements in a fast-growing practice in the United States.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in public accounting or three+ years in TAS M&A at a mid/large firm.
• Experience interacting with C-level executives preferred.
• CPA, CPA candidate, or CA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans and oversees the due diligence process and applies BDO standards for effective delivery.
• Analyzes financial and operating results within the context of a proposed transaction.
• Performs industry, company and technical accounting research to aid client decisions.
• Conducts on-site and/or phone interviews with C-level personnel at target company.
• Identifies and proposes resolutions to critical M&A issues.
