Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance required.
• MBA preferred.
• Six-plus years of public accounting experience or TAS M&A experience at a mid/large firm.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee due diligence engagements for strategic and financial buyers nationwide.
• Analyze forecasts, earnings, assets and liabilities of target clients.
• Conduct on-site and remote interviews with C-level personnel.
• Prepare financial analysis reports for presentations to clients.
• Manage client relationships and information flow.
• Support business development and proposal activities.
