Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance is required.
• MBA is preferred.
• Six or more years of public accounting experience or four or more years TAS M&A experience at a mid/large firm.
• Experience interacting with C-level personnel is preferred.
• CPA, CPA candidate, or CA, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee the due diligence process to ensure quality delivery.
• Analyze forecasts, earnings, assets and liabilities of target.
• Conduct on-site and phone interviews with C-level personnel.
• Identify and resolve issues related to integration and M&A.
• Prepare financial analyses reports for client presentations.
• Support business development through client proposals and presentations.
