Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance, required.
• Experience coordinating with C-level personnel preferred.
• Strong project management and deadline-driven work style.

Responsibilities

• Plans and oversees the due diligence process and ensures quality services.
• Analyzes financial and operating results within the context of a proposed transaction.
• Participates in interviews with C-level personnel.
• Builds relationships with client and target company.
• Helps identify and pursue business development opportunities.
