Cox Automotive is seeking a Senior Analyst, Process Improvement – Finance to help drive organizational process excellence. You will partner with stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights, implement standardization across financial processes, and manage multiple improvement projects in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of accounting or finance experience with relevant degree
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior management
• Experience with continuous improvement and project management (Six Sigma Green Belt and/or PMP a plus)
• Experience supporting organizational change and large-scale transformations
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong financial analysis skills and governance experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• CPA or advanced degree a plus

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day activities of Enterprise Planning and Finance functions
• Identify best practices to optimize people, processes, and technology
• Partner with internal stakeholders to drive governance and business relationships
• Analyze metrics and drive performance management
• Embed continuous improvement and end-to-end process assessment
• Review process standards: data, reporting, security, compliance
• Identify technology enhancements and AI opportunities
• Execute special projects as needed
