Job summary

Cox Automotive Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst, Process Improvement - Finance to advance process excellence across finance functions. The role partners with senior stakeholders to drive end-to-end process governance, performance reporting, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate has experience in Six Sigma/PMP, change management, and strong financial analysis capabilities, with a track record of cross-functional collaboration and delivering measurable results.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of accounting or finance experience with a relevant degree, or 8+ years of related work experience in lieu of a degree
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership
• Experience with continuous improvement and project management; Six Sigma Green Belt and/or PMP a plus
• Experience supporting organizational change and large-scale transformations
• Ability to work across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Demonstrated financial analysis strength
• Experience in a Center of Excellence environment a plus
• Strong relationship-building skills across internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day activities of the Enterprise Planning and Finance functions
• Identify best practices to optimize people, process, and technology solutions
• Partner with stakeholders to drive governance and business partner relationships
• Analyze and support metrics and performance management to drive results
• Embed continuous process improvement with end-to-end assessment and delivery planning
• Review and feedback on process standards: data, reporting, compliance, controls
• Identify opportunities for AI and automation to enhance processes
• Perform special projects as required
