Qualifications

• 4+ years of accounting/finance experience with a degree inBusiness/Finance/Accounting or related field; or 8 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior corporate leadership.
• Experience with continuous improvement and project management; Six Sigma Green Belt and/or PMP a plus.
• Experience supporting organizational change and large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Ability to work across departments, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process Excellence and day-to-day activities of Enterprise Planning and Finance functions.
• Identify best practices to optimize people, process, and technology across the Enterprise Planning and Finance functions.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to drive governance and business relationships for end-to-end process solutions.
• Analyze and support metrics and performance management to drive measurable results.
• Embed continuous improvement, including end-to-end process assessment and tactical delivery planning.
• Review standards: data, reporting, security, compliance, financial controls, and governance.
• Identify opportunities for AI and automation to enhance processes.
• Perform special projects as required.
