Job summary
DocuSign is hiring a Senior Business Process Manager to lead end-to-end Q2C process improvement and automation within the Finance Transformation team. You will partner with Finance, IT, Product, and Revenue Operations to design scalable solutions across Oracle ERP Cloud, Zuora, RevPro, and Salesforce, delivering measurable value and maintaining strong controls.
You will translate business needs into technical specifications, manage project timelines, coordinate UAT, and ensure adherence to SOX
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 8+ years accounting experience in Local GAAP.
- 5+ years process/project management experience.
- 3+ years people management experience.
- Experience in SAAS Quote-to-Cash environments preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Q2C process improvement and automation initiatives.
- Partner with Finance, IT, Product, and Revenue Ops to design scalable solutions.
- Document requirements, manage timelines, and coordinate UAT.
- Translate Finance needs into system requirements for Oracle, Zuora, RevPro, and Salesforce.
- Ensure SOX compliance and alignment with corporate policies.
- Create training materials and promote best practices across Finance.
