Job summary

DocuSign seeks a Senior Business Process Manager within the Finance Business Transformation team to lead end-to-end Q2C process improvement, automation, and project initiatives. You will partner with Finance, IT, Product, and Revenue Operations to design scalable, compliant solutions across Oracle ERP Cloud, Zuora, RevPro, and Salesforce, delivering measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, SAAS revenue experience, and 8+ years of Accounting experience.
• 5+ years of process and/or project management, consulting, or related business experience
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Experience in a company that has scaled with accelerated growth or large software development organizations

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process improvement, optimization, automation, and transformation initiatives across the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) Finance organization
• Partner with Finance, DTS (IT), Product, Revenue Operations, and other cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
• Assess current‑state processes, identify pain points and control gaps, and design future‑state workflows
• Develop business cases that quantify expected business value, including revenue impact, cost savings, efficiency gains, and ROI
• Translate Finance needs into clear business requirements and integration requirements for Oracle ERP Cloud, Zuora, RevPro, and Salesforce
• Facilitate cross‑functional discussions and design reviews to support informed decisions
• Lead and manage projects with plans, milestones, risks, and stakeholder communications
• Plan and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with test cases and issue resolution
• Ensure changes align with SOX compliance and company strategy
• Support implementation and adoption of new systems and AI tools; provide post‑launch support
• Create process documentation and end-user training materials
• Provide updates to stakeholders and executives on status and risks
• Foster collaboration and continuous improvement across Finance teams
