Qualifications

• 7+ years in accounting, finance ops, process ownership, or related field.
• Experience owning, mapping, documenting, analyzing, and improving end-to-end processes.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with milestones, risks, and reporting.
• Experience leading process and organizational change through communication, training, and adoption.
• Strong ability to collaborate, facilitate decisions, and influence without authority.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate workflows into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned accounting processes end-to-end, including governance, documentation, controls, and improvement.
• Map current and future state processes with visual docs to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Translate observations into prioritized improvement opportunities and practical solutions.
• Partner with Global Process Owners and cross-functional teams to align and standardize processes.
• Establish consistent use of procedures, controls, systems, templates, trackers, and communication frames.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, process maps, playbooks, training materials, governance routines.
• Define and monitor process performance metrics and report on risks and progress.
• Lead cross-functional projects and transformation initiatives to improve processes and outcomes.
• Develop charters, workplans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and governance routines.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Accounting, Finance, Development, Technology to drive execution.
• Identify, track, and manage risks, issues, dependencies; coordinate mitigation.
• Lead change-management activities including engagement and adoption planning.
• Monitor status and report to leadership; ensure actions are completed.
• Measure outcomes post-implementation and transition initiatives into BAU.
• Other duties as assigned.
