DocuSign is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to lead consolidated monthly forecasting, quarterly outlooks, and annual planning efforts. You will drive critical financial modeling, ensure forecast accuracy, and coordinate with Accounting to deliver executive reporting. This high-impact individual contributor role reports to the Sr.

Director, FP&A. The role requires deep analytical skills, collaboration across Finance teams, and the ability to champion new technologies while maintaining strong

Qualifications

• BA or BS in business, finance, economics, accounting or related fields.
• 8+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or similar role.
• Experience building and managing headcount, workforce, and operating expense models.
• Experience with consolidated monthly forecasting, variance analysis, and month-end close support.
• Experience with financial/ERP systems such as Oracle and Adaptive Planning.

Responsabilités

• Manage and support Docusign's consolidated forecasting across monthly, quarterly, and annual planning cycles.
• Build and optimize the company-wide headcount financial model (departmental headcount, hiring, attrition, compensation).
• Develop robust corporate financial models to track metrics and assess risks and opportunities.
• Track forecast accuracy and drive process improvements for predictability.
• Synthesize data from multiple sources to translate drivers into actionable recommendations.
• Partner with Corporate FP&A to deliver consolidated financials and executive reporting.
• Support month-end close and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Act as a business expert for FP&A tools (Oracle EPM) and drive platform improvements.
• Champion an AI-first mindset within Corporate FP&A and evangelize learnings.
